Gippsland

SAMPLE WELLBEING ITINERARY

Gippsland is a place of wide horizons and quiet strength, where wellness is found in the rhythm of nature. From alpine ranges to the lakes and the coast, the region invites you to explore, unwind and connect with what matters most.

Its geothermal waters in East Gippsland’s Metung Hot Springs flow from deep below the earth, offering a restorative experience surrounded by water and open sky. Beyond the springs, Gippsland offers endless opportunities to rest or roam; from lakeside towns and winding trails to local food and farm experiences that celebrate the region’s generous spirit.

Here, the landscape leads the way. Every visit is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and feel part of something bigger.
